One of my mentors once assigned me the task to read The Go-Giver.<\/p>\n<p>First let me say thank you to John for recommending such a gem. This is one of those books you\u00a0finish and catalog in your mind as\u00a0some of the great lessons in life. A touch reminiscent of a Napoleon Hill bit of sage advice. It seems I have been fortunate in renewing my mind lately finding some very good lessons that follow this same path towards the better inner soul. Such recent gifts of insight such as Paul Coelho&#8217;s , The Alchemist and Deepak Chopra&#8217;s, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success have reminded me my path is still the same even though I allow my mind to stray from time to time.<\/p>\n<p>When you are looking for it, the wisdom comes easily. Let me share, for this applies to every journey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The Five Laws of Stratospheric Success<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Law of Value<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One should strive to provide more than expected. Always go the extra mile. By nature all of us return to the well that provides the best of what we are looking for. In life experiences of any sort, those people or things that give more than expected are always highly sought after and in return rewarded many fold.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The Law of Compensation<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Your income is determined by how many people you serve and how well you serve them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the real estate field it is a common phrase &#8220;The more people I help get what they want the more I get of what I want.&#8221; In our case here when writing a blog or providing useful information, the better it serves the reader the better the results are for both sides. In life the more people you get what they want in any endeavor will provide what you want. A win win for all concerned.<\/p>\n<h3>The Law of Influence<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people\u2019s interests first.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many times you may have a personal goal in the given situation, be that gaining compensation or achieving a certain result that is advantageous to you or your cause. \u00a0It is\u00a0always best to make sure that the other people&#8217;s interests are protected prior to protecting your own. Do unto others, comes to mind&#8230;. Putting the other person&#8217;s interest first does not mean you have to always take a loss, but you want to make sure the other side does not either. When you have the knowledge, if for any reason you think the other fellow needs to or would want to know, make sure they do. Winning in life is not about making the other side lose, truly everybody winning is the path.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The Law of Authenticity<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each of us is unique and has value to contribute in any situation. Be the best you can be and give your best, everyone notices and appreciates it. You do not have to think you are to be the best in the world, your best will be better than you ever expected.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The Law of Receptivity<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The most\u00a0common trait or true assessment of most people is that they <strong>dream<\/strong> of being successful, <strong>want<\/strong> the best for themselves, their families. Even worse in <strong><em>rare<\/em><\/strong> cases their friends. and people they know. The inherent problem is they are not receptive or open to receiving the dream. Their inner axiom is <strong>I want it but don&#8217;t believe it. It can not happen for me<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This negative take on themselves and the life they led is a self fulling prophecy. Take time and make an effort to change your inner pattern and thoughts.\u00a0Any one who has lived has heard this, in fact should know this, truly not an original thought.<\/p>\n<p>Just a few examples:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Think and Grow Rich , Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.&#8221; \u2013Napoleon Hill<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If you can dream it, you can achieve it.&#8221; \u2013Zig Ziglar<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMan often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.\u201d ~ Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The mind is everything.\u00a0 What you think you become.&#8221;
